Closed as program error.
When an XML Firewall is configured with SSL on the front side and the service receives an empty response body from the backend (ex. HTTP 304), the connection maybe terminated.
Use Multi-Protocol Gateways in place of XML Firewalls.
Affected are customers using an XML Firewall configured with SSL on the front side (e.g. HTTPS Front Side Handler). If the service receives an empty response body from the backend (e.g. HTTP 304), established connections might get disrupted or even the whole appliance could become unstable.
Fix is available in 220.127.116.11, 18.104.22.168, 22.214.171.124, 126.96.36.199 and 188.8.131.52. For a list of the latest fix packs available, please see: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21237631
Use the Multi-protocol Gateway service instead of XML Firewall.
