Error description
Appliance fails to configure multiple secondary ip addresses. The total varies but the end result is a failure when trying to configure. Example: 20160122T153805.612Z [0x85600011][network][error] ethernet(eth17): tid(47): The configuration change to interface 'eth17' was unsuccessful, but it was reconfigured on a best-effort basis. The interface is not working properly.
