  • An appliance restart might occur when the appliance is
    undergoing
    concurrent high levels of transaction activity and at the same
    time configuration operations are occurring.
    

Local fix

  • Attempt to remove appliance from inbound transactional traffic
    and quiesce the appliance prior to starting configuration
    operations.

  • Affected is configuration activity on DataPower appliance.
    
    An appliance restart might occur when the appliance is
    processing high transaction throughput and at the same time you
    do configuration changes.
