APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• APAR IT08487 added file system information for the active log to
  the Q LOG F=D output.
  
  The value shown for Used Space on File System is the free space
  and
  the value shown for Free Space on File System is the used space.
  
  In other words the values are reversed.
