Error description

• Validate replpolicy command may  crash Tivoli Storage Manager
  server when more than 40 management classes are defined on the
  server.
  
  It is possible that it will not cause a crash immediately; it
  could just cause garbled data coming out from the command and
  could crash later or other odd behavior.
