Error description
The following message is seen in the DSMFFDC.LOG whenever a drive is in a "not-ready" or ENOTREADY state during a mount operation: [10-13-2015 09:00:43.266][ FFDC_GENERAL_SERVER_ERROR ]: (pvrutil.c:760) Unable to open drive <Drive> rc 2853 errno 5. At this point the "[ FFDC_GENERAL_SERVER_ERROR ]: (pvrutil.c:760) Unable to open drive <Drive> rc 2853 errno 5. " message is wirtten to the DSMFFDC.LOG. Processing continues with no further symptoms. No errors are seen in the activity log. The message in the DSMFFDC.LOG can be ignored.
