Error description
RADIUS settings is configured with 2 RADIUS servers, where the first/primary server is down and the second/backup server is active. radius admin-state enabled id "abcdwxyz" timeout 4000 retries 1 aaaserver "5" "1.1.1.1" "1812" "" aaaserver "10" "2.2.2.2" "1812" "" exit However, user receives authentication failure when trying to login via WebGUI when the primary server (1.1.1.1) is down. When removing the primary (inactive) server from the list, the user is authenticated successfully with the backup server (2.2.2.2).

Problem summary
Affected is Radius Role Base Management (RBM) authentication. Timeout handling was incorrect and prevented Radius server failover.
