Local fix
Ensure WSDL/XSD's are valid and do not contain circular references via a off-device validation tool prior to upload and compilation on the device.

Affected is the use of invalid XML Schema. If a xsd:union's membertypes attribute references itself, DataPower will compile it endlessly.
Problem conclusion
