Error description

  • Customer running Tivoli Storage manager server v6.3 and Storage
    agent version v5.x is receiving the below errors in activity
    log, multiple times continously even after the ACCEPT DATE was
    executed.

Local fix

  • Upgrade the Storage Agent to be on the same version level as the
     Tivoli Storage Manager server.
