Error description

  • QUERY STG displays incorrect PCT UTIL and PCT MIGR in the
    Administration Center when both of the following conditions are
    met:
    1. The DB2 instance owner user ID is running under a non-English
    locale.
    2. The DB2 instance owner user ID uses a character other than a
    period for the decimal symbol, such as a comma.
    
    When this issue occurs, the PCT UTIL and the PCT MIGR fields
    will display the values without the decimal character.
    For example, QUERY STG output from an admin client dsmadmc
    shows:
    PCT UTIL: 84.7
    
    QUERY STG output from the Admin Center will show:
    PCT UTIL: 847
    
    That is 847% without the decimal point separation.

Local fix

  • Login as the instance user ID. Change the system locale to
    English and the decimal symbol to a period. Restart the system.
