    startup, information about the running Firmware Version or
    DateTimeStatus might be missing from the error report.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • Customer error reports sometimes do not contain key information
    such as date and time status.  This is due to a problem in the
    timing of when the error report was gathered.
