Error description
Error Description: If a Tivoli Storage Manager client is configured to access archived data of another node, an attempt to retrieve or query data using a web client session may result in an empty list of available archives. This will be the case if the owner of the archived data differs from the Unix or Linux user who is using the web client. No error message is logged Customer/L2 diagnostics: The problem has been identified as access rules not being honored when the requesting Unix user is not the same as the Unix user who created the archive, even though an access rule exists that should allow access to the archive. Tivoli Storage Manager Versions Affected: All Tivoli Storage Manager Server Initial Impact: Low. Additional Keywords: retrieve archive access root set web client TSM
