  The problem can only be faced in environments where Active Data
  Storage Pools are in place.
  The crash will occur as a result of the archive data in the
  Active Data Storage Pools that is a problem fixed via another
  apar that is IT05175.
  The current apar will stop the crash of Tivoli Storage Manager
  once that Archive data is already there.
  
  
  
  Customer/L2 Diagnostics:
  For the Tivoli Storage Manager Servers V7.1.0.100 and above,
  there is a problem that can cause archive data to be placed in
  the active data pool (IT05175).
  The crash will only happen if there are cluster entries for
  archive files in an Active Data Pool.

Local fix

• Insert the "AUDITSTORAGE NO" option in the dsmserv.opt file.
  A Tivoli Storage Manager Server restart is required.
