Error description

  • When creating, editing or querying Tivoli Storage Manager Client
schedules using Operations Center, the operation may fail with
    the following error:

"ANRG0092E: An internal error occurred on the Tivoli Storage
    Manager Server"

Also, the following exceptions will be logged into the Activity
    Log:

    ANR9999D_2215375891 DoTheParmBinds(tbcli.c:8225) Thread<71>:

    ......

ANR0102E admsql.c(5734): Error 9999 inserting row in table
    "cli_schedt".

Local fix

  • The Client schedules with indefinite duration are one time
schedule only so they only runs once.
Because of this, if these schedules are not used anymore they
    can be deleted.
Otherwise use the following steps to identify them and change
"duration" option to a definite interval:

Use the following DB2 select to find the offending schedules.:

    db2 "select domainname,schedname,duration,durunits from
    schedules where duration=0"

Then for each of those schedules, issue the following Server
command to change the duration from indefinite to a definite
    days interval:

    "update schedule [domainname] [schedname] duration=999
    durunits=days"
