Error description

• After a Tivoli Storage Manager Server upgrade to version
  7.1.1.000, adding the following parameter into the dsmserv.opt
  file before to restart the Server

  at Server startup:
  
  ANR0162W Supplemental database diagnostic information:

  SQL0405N  The numeric literal "0" is not valid because its value
  is out of range.  SQLSTATE=42820).
  ANR0101E bfdedup.c(10653): Error 2343 opening table

  A restart of the Tivoli Storage Manager Server is required.
