Error description

• When creating a new LogTarget, under some circumstances a
  usergroup named 'none' might be generated and displayed with
  admin-state 'down'.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• A usergroup named 'none' is incorrectly generated with creation
  of a new Log Target, when archive-mode of upload is used.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix is available in 6.0.0.10, 6.0.1.6, 7.0.0.3 and 7.1.0.0.
