APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When running Tivoli Storage Manager version 7.1, on the target
  server, the following message,
  can be seen when "replicate node" process is running:
  
  
  ANR0142I REVOKE PROXYNODE: success. Proxynode
  authority for node NODEA has been revoked from
  node PROXYAGENTA.
  
  The proxy node relationship is indeed removed on the target
  server as per the message seen.  The proxy node
  authority should only be revoked if the proxy agent node is
  enabled for replication, and the node does
  not have proxy authority on the source server.

Local fix

• Update the agent node REPLSTATE parameter to ENABLED and the
  REPLMODE parameter to SYNCSEND on the source server and SYNCREC
  on the target server.
  Then replication will manage proxy node authority automatically.
