• ANR3616E error message text says:
  
  An error occurred. More information might be available in the
  dsmserv.err file.
  
  User response
  Review the dsmserv.err file for messages that occurred at the
  same time as the error. The dsmserv.err file is located in the
  server working directory. Correct any problems that are
  identified.
  
  Both references to dsmserv.err file are incorrect,  and it
  should
  state to review the dsmffdc.log file for more information.
