Error description

• While the Tivoli Storage Manager server reclamation
  process is reclaiming both offsite and onsite volumes,
    the server can run into a situation where it can commit
    a transaction, free a pointer and then allocate a new
    structure. This causes stale data to be in the pointer
    thus causing the server to crash during reclamation.
