Error description

• After Storage Agent 7.1.0 was successfully installed on
  Windows, tsmdlst.exe under C:\Program
  Files\Tivoli\TSM\StorageAgent cannot start in Command Prompt
  Window because mfc110u.dll is missing.  The following error
  message brings up.

  Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

  Reinstalling does not solve the problem.
  
  Tivoli Storage Manager Versions affected:
  Tivoli Storage Manager for Stoge Area Network 7.1.0 on all
  supported Microsoft Windows platform.
