Error description

• The cluster wizard "DSMICFGX"  fails with error:
  "DB21526E Failed to move resource "resource-name". System error:
  The cluster resource could not be found "
  if the "resource-name" contains a non-ASCII character.
  This issue is more likely to occur on a system with a
  non-English system locale, since the cluster resource name must
  contain a non-ASCII character to cause the problem.
  
  Tivoli Storage Manager Versions Affected:  Windows platform
  V6.2.5 (and higher) and V6.3.3 (and higher)
