Error description

• Backup and archive retention grace periods for a policy domain
  can be changed using the "UPDATE DOMAIN domain_name BACKRET=x
  ARCHRET=x" command.
  Changes to the grace periods are not effective for the domain
  until a policy set in the domain is activated.
  The grace periods are independent of the policy set and should
  not rely on any policy set activation to be effective.
  This can cause unexpected behavior in inventory expiration.

Local fix

• When backup and archive retention grace periods are changed
  using "UPDATE DOMAIN" command, ensure that "VALIDATE POLICYSET"
  and "ACTIVATE POLICYSET" commands are subsequently used to
  activate the desired policy set in the policy domain.
