IT01946: EXTRANEOUS ANR9999D MESSAGES REPORTED WHEN 7.1 DB BACKUP FAILS WITH ANR4581W AND OUT OF SPACE MESSAGES.

Error description

• If a 7.1 database backup using a FILE device class fails because
  it does
  not have enough space in the directories define in the device
  class, unnecessary
  ANR9999D messages follow the ANR4581W internal server error
  detected
  message. These are the messages seen in the actlog:

  Prior to the ANR4581W and ANR9999D messages the
  following two messages are written to the activity
  log
  ANR8785E
  ANR8881W
  
  The ANR9999D message are not needed for problem
  diagnosis in this case as the messages prior to the ANR4581W
  indicate the out of space condition is the source of the
  problem.
  

Local fix

• Add more space to the file system or re configure
  the Tivoli Storage Manager backup to use
  a device class that has sufficient space.
