Error description

• Defining a library path for a Spectra logic T50E tape library
  can fail with the following error:
  
  ANR8300E I/O error on library SLT50E-01  (OP=C0386C0B, CC=321,
  KEY=FF, ASC=FF, ASCQ=FF,
  SENSE= **NONE**, Description=An undetermined  error has
  occurred). Refer to the Tivoli
  Storage Manager documentation on I/O error code descriptions.
  
  Problem was encountered with the following library firmware
  level:
  Firmware Package: BlueScale12.6.0-20130817F
  
  A PVR MMS trace may the following error after issuing  ioctl

  The trace output from above was from a situation where the
  library path  was being defined for a datamover.  The problem
  can affect defining the library path locally as well and the
  trace output will be different.  The cause of the problem has
  been determined to be related to a library firmware change that
  adjusted the size of the responses by the library
  to the scsi read element status command.  Tivoli Storage Manager
  server will need to be updated to account
  for the changes made by the library firmware.
