Error description

  • Using message attachments with an asynchronous call rule action
    after the results action on a matched rule causes the attachment
    to be stripped from the output.
    

Local fix

  • Remove asynchronous from the call rule.
    

Problem summary

  • Affected are all services with an asynchronous call rule action
    after the last results action on a matched processing policy
    rule. If the processed message contains attachments (e.g. is
    MTOM), these are stripped from the output.
