Error description

• Using the Content Manager system administration client to
  generate the WSDL as input to Webservices results in an
  incorrect depiction of the system defined attribute
  ICM$AUTODELETE that is used by the customer defined item type.
  The tool uses the default supplied cmdatamodel.xsd file as
  input to create the WSDL, and subsequently results in an
  incorrect definition of the attribute.  Instead of a full
  dateTimestamp value, it depicts a date value definition only.
  Other system attributes may also be affected.
  

Local fix

• Manually update the default or resulting generated
  cmdatamodel.xsd file to reflect xs:dateTime vs xs:date for the
  affected attribute.
