logical block 19277984" can be found in /var/log/boot.msg.
Local fix
If you experience this problem, please change the file
system characteristics in terminal config
size in terminal config so that / uses 95% of the disk.
Problem summary
On IRES systems you might see during system boot, "Buffer I/O
error on device sda2, logical block 19277984" can be found in
/var/log/messages. This is because the filesystem extends
beyond the physical hard disk. Temporarily you can change your
file system characteristics to use something less that 100%
Problem conclusion
This issue has been fixed with the posIBM_stn-2.1.5-2 rpm.
