Error description

  • PROBLEM:
    
    Edit Portlet Option is not Working after 7611 Upgrade.
    
    A NullPointerException happens when trying to edit portlet.
    The system cannot load the application. Retry the action or
    return to the Start Center.
    An error occurred when loading the application, but did not
    contain an error message. See the server logs for more detailed
    information on the error.
    
    PERFORMANCE ISSUE: No.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    1. Login to Maximo
    2. Update any Start Center
    3. Click on Edit Portlet
    4. Error
    
    The system cannot load the application. Retry the action or
    return to the Start Center.
    An error occurred when loading the application, but did not
    contain an error message. See the server logs for more detailed
    information on the error.
    
    CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
    
    Edit Portlet Option is not Working after 7611 Upgrade.

    Edit portlet should work fine.
