Error description

  • When Notes are added to an Assignment in Graphical Assignment
(GA) they appear correctly using the Add/View Notes function in
GA. If the Notes are added on the Log tab in Work Order
    Tracking they do
not appear on Add/View Notes in GA although the Notes added in
GA are visible on the Log tab in Work Order Tracking.
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. Create a new work order, duration 5 with planned labor.
    2. In Graphical Assignment create a new Work List.
    Calendar/Shift DAY/DAY
(extend and Apply Shifts if necessary). Create a Work Query
to select the new work order. Save the record.
    3. Click on the Assignment tab.
    4. Right click one of the assignment bars and select Add/View
    Notes.
    5. Click New Row and add a note indicating it was added in GA.
    6. Save the record.
    7. Go to Work Order Tracking application and open the new work
    order.
    8. On the Log tab you will see the new note added in GA.
    9. Add a new Work Log row. Identify this note as being added
    in Work Order Tracking.
    10. Save the record.
    11. Go back to GA and open the new Work List.
    12. Click on the Icon next to the bar (or right click and pick
    Add/View Notes).
    ACTUAL RESULT:
Only the note originally added in GA is visible.
Refreshing the Work List does not help.
Checking Viewable on the Log tab in Work Order Tracking does
    not help.
    EXPECTED RESULT:
To see all work log entries and/or notes.
    REPORTED IN VERSION:
    7610 IFix 009
    7.6.1.1
