IJ17311: DISPATCH VIEW FROM GRAPHICAL ASSIGNMENT APPLICATION IS NOT WORKING

• PROBLEM:    Dispatch view from Graphical Assignment application
  is not working
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1) Enable Spatial Map in Map Manager application
  2) Go to Graphical Assignment application and bring up an
  existing work list
  3) Go to the Dispatch tab
  
  RESULTS:  It shows a small grid for Gantt Chart. Unable to
  display route on the map
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:  Dispatch tab should display the Grid and
  Gantt view properly and display route on the map
