IJ16203: COMPARE SCENARIOS TAB ON GRAPHICAL ASSIGNMENT DOES NOT LOAD

Error description

• PROBLEM:   Compare Scenarios tab on Graphical Assignment does
  not load
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Go to Graphical Assignment application and go to  Compare
  Scenarios  tab
  2. Select the scenario to compare on the options provided.
  Click Compare button
  3. Nothing happens on the screen. Go to another tab and then
  back to  Compare Scenarios   tab
  4. Messages such as Loading, Rendering are displayed and then
  "The data cannot display" message is thrown
  
  
  RESULTS: The Compare Scenarios tab on Graphical Assignment does
  not load.  Console log shows:
  Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property  Cols
  GanttWidget.js:45 of null at Object._updateGanntLines
  Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property  Style  of
  dojo.js:15 null at Object.setStyle [as set] (dojo.js:15)
  Failed to calculate size of miniapp
  Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property  ownerDocument
  of null
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:    Compare Scenarios should allow users to
  compare scenarios
