IJ15659: WHEN SHAPE IS NOT VISIBLE FROM GIS, THE MAP IS BLANK

Error description

• When a Feature shape is not visible, the map does not "ignore"
  and move on to the next "autolocate" in the hierarchy.
  
  Steps to replicate:
  
  Set the feature "shape" attribute in map service to not be
  visible from the REST Interface. Eg: Hydrant.
  
  1) Create an Asset record and link to GIS (Hydrant)
  2) Add a location to the asset (that is also linked to GIS)
  (Feature attribute for shape should be visible)
  3) Save the record.
  4) Sign out and re-sign in
  5) Navigate to asset record and check the record just created.
  6) Click on the Map tab
  
  Result: When you go to the map for the asset record, the Map is
  blank.
  
  Expected: Map should ignore the missing shape and move on to
  the next "autolocate" in the hierarchy
