PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Device is partially frozen. Blinks on tap but does not open new screens STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1) Login to Work Execution application on a mobile device 2) Go to work order list page with work timer started on a work order 3) Tap on the timer button to try to complete the work RESULTS: Timer button blinks but does not bring up a new screen EXPECTED RESULTS: Tapping on a Green Timer button should bring up a new screen REPORTED IN VERSION: IBM Maximo Anywhere 7.6.2.1
