  Gantt view in the Graphical screen jumping back to another date
  period after moving a work record
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1) Go to Graphical Scheduling application and go to "Graphical
  View" tab
  
  
  2) Right click on a Work bar in the Gantt Chart and select
  "Move to Day" and select a date from the calendar
  
  
  
  RESULTS: Gantt Chart refreshes back to another earlier date
  period
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS: Gantt Chart should show the same date period
