  • Problem Description
    Unable to Drag and Drop to assign work from Dispatch View in
    Graphical Assignment application
    
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1) Go to Graphical Assignment application
    2) Go to "Dispatch" tab
    3) Select "Manage Scenario" action
    
    
    
    RESULTS:
    1) When selecting "Default scenario", drag and drop a work bar
    on a Dispatch view gives error "The Start date must be before
    the finish date" comes up.
    
    
    2) When selecting "Spatial Scenario", nothing happens after
    dragging and dropping a work bar to assign to a labor
    
    
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:  Users should be able to Drag and Drop to
    assign work for all scenarios
