USERS AFFECTED: Clients who have a multithreaded application and who use -O3 maybe affected by this issue. PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The compiler was performing an internal optimization that was causing an early exit from a function causing the incorrect variable value.
Problem conclusion
The early exit from the function is now resolved with the PTF.
