Error description

  • In Graphical Assignment (GA) in Maximo 7.6.1.0 when you have an
IFix (upto IFix 006) installed you can no longer schedule an
assignment from a non-Interruptible WO in non-working time.
It acts just like an Interruptible assignment but it should not.
It works correctly on 7609, 7611 and on 7610 with no IFix and
only on 7.6.1.0 with an IFix (upto IFix 006) does it fail.
Working correctly means that you can drag it into the
non-working time and it stays there when you release it.
With 7.6.1.0 IFix it will not stay in the non-working time, it
snaps back to be in the working time.
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. Create a WO and give it a duration of 5 and a Planned Labor
    assignment of Elec Firstclass.
    2. Make sure Interruptible is NOT checked.
    3. Save
    4. Go to GA and create a new Work List. Give it Calendar Day
Shift Day (extend the Calendar End Date and Apply Shifts if
    necessary).
    5. Create a Work Query to get the new WO.
    6. Save and click on Assignment View tab.
    7. Take the Orange Assignment and drag it down to one of the
available Labor. Place it in the white working time and it
    will turn green.
    8. Now drag it to the left into the gray non-working time.
When you release it, it snaps back to 7am (the start of the
    working time).
    RESULTS:
Snapping back to the start of the Working time is wrong. It
should stay where you put it. A similar bad thing happens if
you drag it to the right. If you stretch the bar it will jump
out to span the non-working time, just as if it were
    Interruptible.
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
To stay in the non-working time where you placed it.
    REPORTED IN VERSION:
    7.6.1.0 IFix 006
