Error description

  • Problem Summary:
    License Usage Monitor application's master list for application
    access is missing new applications. Also in the applications
    tab of License Usage Monitor, work center applications are not
    showing up.
    
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1- User has access to Work Centers
    2- Go to the License Usage Monitor
    3- Work Centre Applications are not in the list of the
    available applications in the pop up list
    
    Results:
    Work Center users are treated as unlicensed users as Work
    Center applications can not be added to the license through
    the license Usage Monitor application.
    
    Expected results:
    Work Center Applications should be available for Selection in
    the license Usage Monitor.
