IJ12953: DATE FORMAT INCORRECT IN GRAPHICAL ASSIGNMENT VIEW

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The DISPLAYDATE system property is set to dd/MM/yyyy and
  most of the dates in Graphical Assignment and Scheduler are
  correct. However, there are a couple of places which do not
  conform to this format:
  a) Graphical Assignment (Assignment View) for start and end
  time;
  b) Graphical Scheduling (Large Projects) for start and end date.
  The format for the above is mm/dd/yyyy.
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1) Planning and Scheduling > Graphical Assignment;
  2) Choose a Work Item > Assignment View;
  3) Start and End TIME (includes date) has incorrect date
  format.
  4) I have tested this on Scheduler 7670 and 7671 -
  can either change the locale to "en_AUS" or the DISPLAYDATE to
  the correct format. However, points (a) and (b) remain
  incorrect format.
  RESULTS: Date format is incorrect.
  EXPECTED RESULTS: Date format should conform to the DISPLAYDATE
  or browser settings.
