Error description
Problem Description: The complete error message is "BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator for assistance. Gather the logs from the <HOME> directory and determine where and why the error is thrown.". STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Go to Calendars application. 2. Bring up the DAY Calendar and make sure its End Date is set as the last day of this year (or later) and apply the DAY Shift to the entire Calendar. 3. Go to Work Order Tracking application. 4. Create a new WO record and save it. 5. Go to Plans tab > Labor sub-tab. 6. Click on New Row button, enter the following, save WO and take note of its number: Craft: ELECT Effort Hours: 72:00 7. Go to Graphical Assignment application. 8. Create a Wok List, associated to both Calendar DAY and Shift DAY, to display the WO created above. 9. Go to Assignment View tab. 10. In the Assignment View tab, click on "Zoom to fit into page" button from the toolbar. 11. Click on the WO, then right-click on any Electrician from the list and select the action "Assign Available Labor". 12. From Assign Labor dialog, click OK. 13. Right-click on the Assignment (in green). RESULTS: At this point, the system throws the error "BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator for assistance. Gather the logs from the <HOME> directory and determine where and why the error is thrown.". This is the issue. EXPECTED RESULTS: The system should open the menu with the possible actions for that Assignment. REPORTED IN VERSION: IBM Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.0
