APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Unable to see interruptible time in the graphical assignment
    application when on the assignment view tab and the record has
    2 or more overlapping shifts.
    1. Create a new GA record, add a calendar that has 2 over
    lapping shifts, if you do not have one create one.
    2. Add the shifts that are on the calendar created. If needed
    create a new calendar and use Company1 and Day shifts as they
    overlap.
    3. Add a location to the query section so that work orders will
    be returned.
    4. On the work view tab, select all records, move them to
    today's date and save.
    5. Notice on the work view tab we can see the working and
    non-working time.
    6. Move to the assignment view tab, notice there is no
    non-working time shown as there is on the work view tab.
    EXPECTED RESULTS
    That non-working time would still be shown.
    REPORTED IN VERSION:
    Maximo 7.6.1 with Scheduler 7.6.7.1
