Error description

• Problem Description
  Unable to enter labor transaction when using a default value
  for labor code
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Go to Database Configuration application
  Filter for LABTRANS object
  Go to the Attribute tab and filter for LABORCODE
  Enter &USERNAME& in the default value field
  2. Go to the "List View" tab and select "Apply Database
  Configuration changes" action
  i.e. if you are the only one in the system, it is not necessary
  to enable "Admin Mode" action
  3. Go to the Organizations application and bring up an
  organization e.g. EAGLENA
  Select "Labor Options" action
  Select "Allow Mismatched Craft and Labor when Reporting Actual
  Labor" checkbox
  4. Go to Labor Reporting application
  Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click "New Row" button
  
  
  
  RESULTS: Receive error below:
  BMXAA7136E validation failed when the database default values
  were set.
  BMXAA2529E - The combination of labor, craft, skill level,
  vendor and contract is not valid
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  Should get a new row displayed with the username populated in
  the Labor field
  
  
  REPORTED IN VERSION
  Maximo Asset Management 7.6.0.9 IFIX 12
  

Local fix

• Remove the default value in the labtrans.laborcode field
  But this is not acceptable to the users
