Error description
PROBLEM: When in any Ticket app, cannot submit do "Report Downtime". The Report Downtime dialog is always completely read/only (all greyed out). It does not even have the asset number field populated (which may be the problem). PERFORMANCE ISSUE: no STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 0) make sure your user has Default Insert Site set, as it is required as per our documentation. 1) open a new Incident 2) add an active or operational Asset to the case in the Asset field 3) click on the >> arrows next to the Asset field to select "Report Downtime" action 4) Report Downtime dialog opens completely empty and complete greyed out. The user cannot enter a downtime. CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: whole Report Downtime dialog is read/only, thus preventing you from submitting a downtime EXPECTED RESULT: Dialog is not read/only and the user is able to submit a downtime ADDITIONAL INFO: none ENVIRONMENT: - SCCD: 7604 - TPAE: 7609 CASE: TS001655862
