Error description

• The item order status report has a hyperlink on Item number but
  when it's used it aloways throws an error.
  The log shows "Missing right parenthesis" error
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  Log into maximo
  
  run the Item order status report from the Item application. Use
  Central/Bedford
  
  A long list of records is desplayed with a hyperlink on Item
  column. Click any one.
  
  
  RESULTS: Error will appear
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:   Should launchnew report and present
  pertinent results
  
  PRODUCT VERSION: 7609 (also happens in all other versions of 7.6
