• PROBLEM:   Errors in the Maximo logs when using Graphical
  Assignment application
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1 - Create a new Work List in Graphical Assignment application
  2 - Move to the Assignment View
  3 - Try to move an assignment bar to a different time
  4 - Now try to move an assignment bar from one labor to another
  
  RESULTS: Log shows error below:
  Failed to update start and end times from treegrid, will send
  back alternate orginal times
  java.lang.RuntimeException: Invalid Date From TreeGrid
