APAR status

Error description

  • PROBLEM:
    When exporting the Maximo Integration error detail with a Flat
    File format, the data from the integration error message
    (MAXINTERRORMSG)    was all bank.
     The information from the integration error table (MAXINTERROR)
    was correctly extracted.
     However, the data from the integration error message
    (MAXINTERRORMSG) was all bank.
     The same export was tested using the XML format, and everything
    including MAXINTERRORMSG data was exported successfully.
    
    
    STEPS TO REPLICATE:
      1. Create a new object structure and tick "Support Flat
    Structure?" field.

     MAXINTERROR MAXINTERRORMSG MAXINTERRORMSG
    
     2. Create a publish channel using the above object structure.
     3, Add the above publish channel in an external system.
     4, Import an asset with wrong site.
     5. Export the message of Message Reprocessing application using
    both XML and Flat Flie formats (External System - Publish
    Channels tab - Data Export).
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
     User should be able to export the MAXINTERRORMSG data with Flat
    File format.
