APAR status

Error description

  • Selecting AffectedUserName populate the wrong person info
    
    PERFORMANCE ISSUE

    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. Go To -> Security -> Users
    (a) Create user with username user1a and update Display Name as
    'User 1'
    (b) Create user with username user1b and update Display Name as
    'User 1'
    
    2. Go To -> Service Desk -> Service Requests (SP)
    (a) Click New to create new SR
    (b) At User Information -> Affected Person, at
    SR.AFFECTEDUSERNAME click Details menu then Select Value
    (c) Find user2 and you will see both user1a and user1b
    (d) Click user1b to select the record.
    (e) You will see Affected Person details is populated with
    information from user1a <-- The issue.
    
    CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
    Selecting AffectedUserName populate the wrong person info
    
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    Selecting AffectedUserName populate the correct person info
    
    ADDITIONAL INFO:
    This issue is similar to APAR # IV88982 which is reported on
    SR.REPORTEDBYNAME.
    Current issue is reported in SR.AFFECTEDUSERNAME.
    
    ENVIRONMENT:
    - ICD 7.6.0.4 for Managed Service Providers
    - Tpae 7.6.0.9
