Error description
PROBLEM: Graphical Assignment - Work Order disappear from Dispatch tab when it is not associate with a Task record Pre-conditions: create a new record on GA with Work Queries and Restrict Resource Availability. To be able to see Work Orders on Dispatch tab in this case, they should have: Duration / Schedule Start and Finish / Planned Craft / Assigned Craft / Service Address (with Latitude and Longitude) / be Approved. Steps to reproduce: ================= 1. Go to Graphical Assignment > Select a record on the Work List 2. Click on Dispatch tab (you should see some work orders without labors) - attachment 123616 3. Drag and drop a work order to some related Labor > Save - attachment 123617 4. Refresh the view (you can either click on Refresh icon or Common actions > Refresh Work List) - attachment 123618 Actual: the Work Order disappear from the list. You can go to List View and go back to Dispatch tab or, Log out and Log in, it's not possible to see it on Dispatch tab anymore. Although, if you go to Work Order Tracking, you can check that it was assigned to the Labor selected. - attachment 123619 Expected: After assigning the WO to some Labor, it should still be shown on Dispatch tab list. P.s.: just an addendum, it's possible to view on Dispatch tab the WOs that are Approved (what is expected) but also, Work Orders that are Waiting for Approval.
