IJ10617: Access Error while using a hyperlink in Excel

Error description

• PROBLEM:
  Access Error while using a hyperlink in Excel.
   The Maximo URL (to open the record detail directly) is used as
  the hyperlink in an Excel file. The below error occurs when open
  this hyperlink.
   BMXAA2278E - You do not have authorization for the application.

  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
    1. Add a shape in the Excel and add Maximo log in URL in the
  hyperlink.
    2. Click hyperlink to open the Maximo first time. It goes to
  Maximo login page. Type user name and password to go to Start
  Center page  (correct).
   3, Click the hyperlink again. It goes to Maximo start Center
  directly but with error message.
   4, Close the error message, user can still work in the Maximo.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
   Use the Excel hyperlink to open Maximo application (e.g. Asset)
  directly
