IJ10276: PROBLEM WITH SCHEDULE START AND FINISH DATES IN WORK ORDER TRACKING APPLICATION

APAR status

Error description

• STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Set to server time to UTC+10 for Australia
  2. Set the system property "mxe.skd.syncwodates" to 1
  
  3. Go to Work Order Tracking application
  4. Create a new work order  e.g. MAY7 with description "MAY7"
  5. Set the target start and target finish dates to 7AM - 12PM
  on Oct 8th:
  target start date = 8/10/18 7:00 AM
  target finish date = 8/10/18 12:00 PM
  
  6. Go to the Plans tab, Labor sub-tab, enter a craft  e.g. ELECT
  7. Save the record
  
  8. Go to the Graphical Assignment application, enter a query to
  bring up the newly created work order e.g. WONUM LIKE 'MAY%'
  
  9. Go to the "work view" tab
  The work order "MAY7" shows up
  10. Drag the work order to Oct 9th  10AM - 3PM
  Save the record
  11. Hyperlink to the work order
  confirm that scheduled start and scheduled finish dates have
  been updated correctly
  
  12. Go to Graphical Assignment and try to move the record
  forward
  by a day i.e. Move it to Oct 10 9:00 AM
  Save the record
  
  13. Go back to work order 'MAY7' in Work Order Tracking
  application, the scheduled start has NOT been updated and still
  shows 9/10/18 10:00 AM (THIS IS THE PROBLEM).
  Scheduled Finish has been updated as expected.
  
  14. Go to Graphical Assignment application
  Right click on the work order "MAY7" from the "Work View" tab
  And select  Available Labor
  15. select a labor from the list e.g. ADAMS
  The work order changed to Green in color on the Gantt Chart
  16. Move the WO to Oct 9th  10AM
  Save the record
  17. Hyperlink to this work order in Work Order Tracking
  application
  The scheduled start date shows 9/10/18 7:00 AM  and has not
  been refreshed
  
  RESULTS: scheduled Start date and scheduled Finish Date have
  NOT been updated in Work Order Tracking application
  Even though the WO has been assigned.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:   scheduled Start date and scheduled Finish
  Date should be updated in Work Order Tracking application
  
  PRODUCT VERSION:  TPAE 7.6.0.9 with Scheduler 7.6.7
